Terms of Service

These terms apply to ButterflyFleet API shop accounts, checkout flows, issued API licenses, hosted planning requests, downloads and related support communications.

ButterflyFleet Studio for Blender is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License. API shop purchases or free API licenses provide access to backend planning capacity only; they do not sell, restrict or replace the GPL license of the Blender plugin.

No Guarantees

ButterflyFleet API shop services are provided as-is and as-available. The API shop provides no guarantees, warranties or promises about uptime, uninterrupted availability, trajectory correctness, collision freedom, fitness for a particular purpose, regulatory compliance, business results or successful drone operation.

Operator Responsibility

Drone show planning is safety-critical. You are responsible for independently reviewing, simulating, testing and approving every generated show, trajectory, light program, return-to-home path and export before using it with real drones. You are responsible for legal, airspace, venue, hardware and firmware compliance.

API License Scope

A ButterflyFleet API license grants access to configured backend planning capacity subject to tier limits, rate limits and availability. Licenses may be free, beta, paid or manually issued depending on the shop configuration. Abuse, resale of access credentials or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension.

Software License

The Blender plugin remains governed by its GPL license. See the License Agreement for GPL text, attribution and the API shop disclaimer.
